  Testimonial – Oxleas NHS Trust

The training provided by Volunteer Centre Greenwich has been extremely beneficial to our volunteers and staff working with volunteers.  The training has greatly helped volunteers in undertaking their roles within Oxleas NHS Trust.  The staff, after attending the training have a better understanding of the value of volunteers and how to deal with any problems that may arise within their placements.

Every session delivered has been tailored to our requirements and in a professional manner, some volunteers have required extra care with their training and VCG has mad the learning experience very comfortable for these clients.

I can only speak highly of the dealings that i have had with the Volunteer Centre team since 2015, as i have alsways had promt and professional communication in co-ordinating the training workshops

VCG is always keen to help us in delivering new training sessions that may not already be on the training schedule.

 Testimonial – National Army Museum

‘Since the establishment of its volunteering program in 2011, the National Army Museum has engaged Volunteers Centre Greenwich (VCG) to deliver all of it’s bespoke training to in-house volunteers managers and co-ordinators, and the Human Resources (HR) team.

The quality and delivery of the training is always excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending VCG to other service users.

The trainers have worked closely with the Museum’s HR team to develop an ongoing program of training to enhance the skills and development of our in-house team, which has included recruiting and managing volunteers to more strategic training around diversity, evaluation and monitoring the impact of the volunteering program across the Museum.”

Teresa Scott, National Army Museum.

Testimonial – London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Legacy:

Royal Greenwich Volunteers

The partnership between Royal Borough of Greenwich with Volunteer Centre Greenwich, which specialises in recruiting and training individuals for volunteering, was pivotal in the success of the London 2012 Royal Borough of Greenwich volunteer programme; 200 people were shortlisted and participated in the program with excellent results.

The volunteers enjoyed this once-in-a-lifetime experience which inspired those who were unemployed on a pathway to training and employment.”

Testimonial – Fulcrum Medical Practice

“VCG have supported Volunteer Fulcrum in providing training, advice and support of a very high standard, which has enabled us to set up our Gold Standard Volunteer service.

The service provided exceeded our expectations and not only included well-structured training but also excellent professional communication and sharing of policies and procedures to ensure that the service we deliver is the same standard as VCG are providing.

We thank VCG enormously for providing this service.”
