Management Workshops

The VCG Volunteer Management Best Practice Workshops provide participants with the tools required to successfully recruit, manage and benefit from the involvement of volunteers. Each workshop gives participants an understanding of the values around involving volunteers as well as practical methods of developing volunteering programmes. Topics are examined from a legal perspective as well as current best practice, keeping in mind the benefits of a positive volunteering experience for both the volunteer and the organisation.
