St John’s ambulance
St John’s ambulance run a youth scheme – learn first aid and be part of a team working on events across London.
The Link youth centre, Thamesmead
The Link Thamesmead is a stunning youth and community centre made up of nine arches located under the Harrow Manor Way flyover in the heart of Thamesmead.
British Red Cross
The British Red Cross run a specific youth volunteering scheme – Inspired Action, with lots of different projects to get involved in.
Their charity shops also take young volunteers – get retail experience, a reference, a role that will fit in around your life, customer service skills. There are shop roles available now in Greenwich – apply online.
The Conservation Volunteers
